Biking App
Junio 2022
Mobi By Shaw Go its the bike sharing system on Vancouver, BC. they used to have a bad supported app as well as lack of needed features on it, Being the main one showing the actual location of the user.
We’re create a redesigned app to help users use the bike sharing service with a simpler and more useful app as well as making more likely to the user to keep using the app. We keep the brand identity but modify the design to make it more accesible as well as easy and intuituve for the users, always keeping in mind the key features they need to use the app on a daily basis. We also like to understand what the specific challenges users might face using the app and in the bike sharing process.
My role:
Product Designer / UX Designer, Going through all the design process for User research, wireframing, mockups, & prototyping . Thinking about the app structure creating the best user experience as well as problem solving.

Competitive Analisis :
Analisis:
After doing some research on competidors with bike sharing plataforms around the world and also analizing the comments and sugestions from the users about the Mobi by Shaw Go App on App Store and Google Play, we understand the main features missing and how the user experience can be improved.
Research Insight:
Geolocalization
Users need a way to know where the nearest bike station its located and without the GPS its almost imposible to do it with out using other maps app.
Traveling
Users need an option guide them from point A to point B without needing to use other apps so they can complete their bike ride from one station to another.
Intuitive UI
Users need to have all the information needed easy and simple to access so they undestand what they need to do and what to expect.
Profile Information
Users need to know which plan they have purchse and well and the options of modifing their information as well as their biking plans.
