A Vehicle leasing company was struggling with fragmented asset information  & customer data, impacting on sales and quality service , with the lack of information opportunities were missed while customers felt lacking of support.  This CRM dashboard solves these challenges by having all the key information on an intuitive interface, enabling teams to track leasing progress, manage payments, and proactively address customer needs. With features like sales, asset and customer management it ensures a seamless data-driven customer experience that boosts productivity and drives long-term business growth.

Auto Parts Ecommerce

The automobile parts industry in Mexico its a complex market in which  there’s lots of ways to get car parts, when your car its broken, from the original car dealers, the third parties selling either original or generic parts all the way to used parts of either of them. The ideal solution would be to have an specialized e-commerce  with two paths of sales from manufacturer directly to the repair garage (B2B) or to the owner of the car and fleet companies (B2C). What makes it hard in this industry its making sure the each parts fits correctly as a replacement for the customer.  Having different  parts from various brands fitting different vehicles models and years.

Vancouver Fashion Week

This project showcases the design and development of three websites for Vancouver Fashion Week, showing a set of fashion events around the world. The main goal was to represent  in an elegant, user-friendly interface, all the future fashion show while introducing the fashion designers and provide the live streaming of the shows. Additionally, the website integrates sponsor campaigns, providing a dynamic space for brand visibility and engagement. This case study highlights the process of creating a good looking digital experience having in mind teh ease to update informacion and keeping track of the data and marketing campaings.

App redesign to help users use the bike sharing service with a simpler and more useful app as well as making more likely to the user to keep using the app. We keep the brand identity but modify the design to make it more accesible as well as easy and intuituve for the users, always keeping in mind the key features they need to use the app on a daily basis. We also like to understand what the specific challenges users might face using the app and in the bike sharing process.
